CNP Raises the Bar - Increased Focus on Ethics and Professionalism Enhance the strength of the CNP

New minimum levels of attainment are required in the area of ethics for the IT professional. Effective January 2009, CNP program will require on going education in professional ethics for the Certified Network Professional. The IT Professional has the option of taking an approved education classes in Professional Ethics as Related to IT or submitting a journal paper addressing an ethics topic.

ACNP (Associate CNP) is designed for the individual not yet meeting all requirements to achieve the CNP designation. Effective January 2009, the ACNP will require on going education in professional ethics for the Network Professional.

Torch Bearer has new meaning

Do you believe in the goals of an independent international Professional designation for the IT Professional. We do and want CNP holders to assist as Torch Bearers. New guidelines are being defined to encourage participation as CNP advocates. First steps are the publication of CNP journal papers to the trade press.
